January 3, 2010By night, we sail the sheltered waters of Long Island’s South Shore on our famous Moonlight Cruises. Charter one of our yachts for an unforgettable evening under the stars.
The Capt Lou Fleet features two state of the art cruising yachts that are built for comfort. Both vessels have an overall capacity of up to 150 passengers. The Captain Lou VI and the Captain Lou VII each have two levels. The first level features a fully enclosed, spacious cabin. Each cabin features large, restaurant-style booths and cushioned seating. In addition, each cabin is climate controlled to accommodate temperature needs at any time of the year.
Both vessels are equipped with a food service and bar area. The buffet area is located on the first floor inside the cabin at the rear of the vessel. The bar area is located on the first floor outside at the Stern (back). Having the food and bar separate helps to keep guests comfortable while at either area. The first level also offers seating areas in the front and down each side. The second level has a hard top roof with full-length side enclosures. It also features a large dance floor with additional seating surrounding the dance area. The entire second level is complete with disco lighting to enhance the atmosphere for your party or event

Riverhead Foundation for Marine & Research Preservation Teams up with Capt Lou Fleet for Seal Watching!

Join the Riverhead Foundation as we sail from Freeport, Long Island, aboard Captain Lou Fleet, to view winter harbor seal populations throughout Hempstead Bay. A naturalist will be on board to discuss biology and behavior of seals and other marine life encountered. Reservations and required.
